Internationalization - International Business and Trade

Internationalization

In collaboration with strategic partners in Brazil and abroad, we support companies that are interested in preparing the internationalization of their products or services in foreign markets. The proposal to take your business into global market requires planning, professional preparation in communication, and market and business research for your products or services.

Therefore, we have developed a 3-phase roadmap to help each company achieve the goal of internationalizing. Each phase has a different price, and the services will be personalized according to their needs.

Planning Phase

For tangible products.

Meeting to learn about the company's profile, their products, internationalization objectives, and investment potential.

Export licenses – Visit to the factory or warehouse to learn about the company's structure and see if they have obtained the necessary licenses or certifications to import or export their product.

Radar – Registration of the Radar (number allocated to companies in Brazil) to become an exporter or importer according to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, if the company is in Brazil.

Regulations – Meeting for coordination with our dispatchers to understand the documentary and bureaucratic part of the logistics process, as well as the alignment of commercial routes and administrative specification of each route.

International Logistics Structure – Study of costs involving the entire national and international logistics chain, consultation of values, organization of “Booking,” and operationalization of embarkment.

For the provision of services.

Meeting to learn about the company's profile, their services, internationalization objectives, and investment potential.

Analyze potential business models for the service to be offered in other markets.

Communication Phase

Support in adapting the company's communication materials for an international audience.  Including: Brochures, Website, Powerpoint, Videos, Social Media, Email Format.

Training to improve the company's Pitch or presentation to foreign clients or partners. This can be done in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Training on negotiation and cultural understanding in the world of international business.

*This would be an extra cost to be defined with the company.

Market and Business Research Phase

Analysis of potential markets to sell the company's products or services.

Recommendations on how to find and communicate with potential buyers, local partners, or distributors in the new market.

Once the company has defined a market they are interested in selling to, we can also provide them with a list of potential buyers, local partners, or distributors in that destination. We can help review or prepare the text for the emails when communicating with these new contacts in foreign markets.
